Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of safetyrescuesolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by Safety Rescue Solutions Inc. ("SRS," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a form on the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. PURPOSE OF THE SITE

SRS provides workplace safety training, consulting, hazard identification programs, and standby rescue services to public and private-sector clients, meeting employer and federal requirements and helping ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and applicable state regulations. The Site describes our training programs, standby rescue services, and consulting services, and allows prospective clients to submit inquiries and quote requests. The Site itself does not process payments, bookings, or e-commerce transactions; all engagements are arranged directly with SRS following an inquiry.

3. QUOTES, PROPOSALS, AND SERVICE ENGAGEMENTS

Submitting a contact form or quote request through the Site is an inquiry only and does not create a contract, reservation, or obligation on the part of SRS to provide services. Any training, consulting, or standby rescue engagement will be governed by a separate agreement, proposal, or statement of work between SRS and the client, including pricing, scheduling, cancellation terms, and scope of services.

4. STANDBY RESCUE SERVICES

For standby rescue services, SRS acts solely as the standby rescue provider and does not serve as the Entry Supervisor as defined in OSHA 1910.146(b); that role and its associated duties remain the responsibility of the customer's designated representative. The client is responsible for making the confined space or work area available for inspection by SRS in advance so that SRS can prepare an adequate rescue plan prior to the shift. Additional terms specific to standby rescue engagements will be provided at the time of quote or contract.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Our training programs and standby rescue services may involve hands-on activities, specialized equipment, confined spaces, elevated work, marine environments, and other inherently hazardous conditions. Participation in any hands-on training session or activity is voluntary on the part of the participant, and each participant and client organization assumes the risks associated with that participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law, without limiting any duty of care SRS owes as a service provider under its client agreements or applicable law.

6. NO WARRANTY

The Site and the information on it (including program descriptions, FAQs, and client testimonials) are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to keep Site information accurate and current, but program content, availability, and pricing are subject to change and should be confirmed directly with SRS.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site contains links to third-party websites and organizations, including OSHA (osha.gov), ISNetworld, and NFPA. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked thirdparty site.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, photos, and the Site design, is owned by or licensed to SRS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except for third-party trademarks and logos (such as client and partner logos), which remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

9. CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

Testimonials and client logos displayed on the Site were provided to us by those clients for use in our marketing and reflect their individual experiences with SRS. Results and experiences may vary by client and engagement.

10. GENERAL AUDIENCE

The Site is directed to businesses and workplace safety professionals and is not directed to, or intended for use by, children under the age of 13. If any current or future form on the Site asks you to submit personal information, you must be at least 13 years of age to do so.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRS and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. This Section does not apply to, and does not limit, liability arising under a separate service agreement, proposal, or statement of work between SRS and a client for training, consulting, or standby rescue services, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

13. CHANGES; MISCELLANEOUS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. These Terms were last updated on September 15, 2026. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SRS regarding the Site (and do not replace any separate service agreement for training, consulting, or standby rescue services). If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
