• General contact form: Collects your first and last name, email address, business name, business location, business website, and company size, along with the training program(s), consulting area(s), or other area(s) of interest you select and any message you include.

• Standby rescue quote request form: Collects your first and last name, email address, company name, company location, company website, company size, type of work, the unique hazards present at your worksite, a brief description of your project and space, and any additional information you choose to provide.

• Direct contact: If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that communication.

 

These forms are intended for business inquiries, and the information requested is business and project-related rather than personal in nature. We do not collect payment card information, government identification, or other sensitive personal data through this Site.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information described above to:

 

• Respond to inquiries about our training programs, consulting services, and standby rescue services.

• Prepare quotes and proposals, and assess the equipment and staffing needed for a project.

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, site assessments, and standby rescue coverage.

• Maintain records of our client relationships and services provided.

• Maintain, secure, and improve the functionality of the Site.

 

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Site, such as our website hosting platform (Wix). These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.

 

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SRS, our personnel, or others.

 

We do not publish client names or logos on the Site without permission. Testimonials and client logos that currently appear on the Site were provided to us by those clients for that purpose.

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you and to request that we correct or delete it, and we will honor reasonable requests to the extent we are able, subject to our legitimate business, legal, and recordkeeping needs (for example, we may need to retain records of services already provided). This is a voluntary practice we follow and is not, by itself, an entitlement created under Massachusetts law.

8. MASSACHUSETTS DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION

In the event of a breach of security involving your unencrypted personal information that is reasonably likely to cause substantial harm, we will provide notification as required under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93H and its implementing regulations (201 CMR 17.00). Chapter 93H governs breach notification; it does not create a broader set of consumer data rights, and nothing in this Privacy Policy should be read to suggest otherwise.
