Robert J. O’Brien
Owner / President
Robert J. O’Brien, has over 35 years in the fire service and serves as a Chief for the Hanson Fire Department. Rob is a certified Paramedic and Harbormaster and holds a USCG Captains License. Rob is a certified technical rescue Specialist. Rob serves as Chief Liaison to the Plymouth County Technical Rescue Team and is Co-Chair of the Southeastern Mass Technical Rescue Consortium. Rob has served as Task Force Leader in many rescue operations and deployments including, building collapse, confined space rescues and swift water.

Kevin M. Nord
Owner / Vice President
Kevin M. Nord, has over 40 years in the fire service and recently retired from the Duxbury Fire Department as Chief of Department and Emergency Management Director. Kevin has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Curry College and has successfully completed the eight-week Executive Fire Officer Program at the National Fire Academy. He is a founding member of the Plymouth County Technical Rescue Team. Kevin formerly served on the National Urban Search and Rescue Team, MA-TF1 and the MA Governor’s Council for Statewide Technical Rescue and has received the Public Service Commendation Medal from the U.S. Army.

Robert Telless

Robert Telless (Bob), Instructional Facilitator, has over 50 years in the fire service with the Carver Fire Department reaching the rank of Captain and serving as its Safety and Training Officer before his retirement. Bob has over 20 years’ experience in health and safety, recently retired with Covanta Energy serving as their Safety Coordinator.
Bob is certified in:

*First Aid, CPR/AED as per AHA
*Train the Trainer for General Industry as per OSHA
*Hoisting License Instructor as per MA DPS

Dave Levenson
Instructor Facilitator
Dave Levenson, Instructor Facilitator, has over 35 years in the Hingham Fire Department serving at the rank of Deputy Chief. Serves as Chief Liaison to the Plymouth County Technical Rescue Team.

Alex Merry

Alex Merry, Instructor Facilitator, has over 20 years in the Duxbury Fire Department, currently serving as Captain. Alex serves as the Team Director of the Plymouth County Technical Rescue Team.

Steve has over 20 years experience in the fire service. Retired from the Plympton Fire Department as Chief. Steve has an extensive background in emergency medical services and serves as an adjunct Instructor for Paramedic training.
